On 10/15/2012, highly contaminated water was found “leaking out” from accumulated water transferring pipe of reactor3 again.
At the next place, another water leakage was found on 8/14/2012. This water transferring pipe is becoming very fragile.
On the press conference, Tepco’s spokesman commented,
(尾野) 現状わかっているところでは、ホースの表面パラポンプが動いているときに滞留水が噴き出すように出ていた

2012年10月15日、３号機の滞留水移送配管から高濃度汚染水の漏えいが再び見つかりました。
2012年8月14日にも、隣の場所で別の漏えい事故が起こりました。この移送配管は非常に壊れやすくなっています。
東京電力は記者会見で上記のようにコメントしました。

Juste à côté, une autre fuite avait été trouvée le 14 août 2012. Cette canalisation de transfert devient de plus en plus fragile.
