Fukushima prefectural government announced they are going to pay 8 million yen for each project to fight “harmful rumor”.
Fukushima prefectural government expects for the ideas to increase the demand in their agricultural products. Mostly they focus on the young people’s organizations such as university students etc..
On 5/31/2014, they announced they have already chosen 9 organizations from 61 candidates. Each of these 9 organizations are going to be paid up to 8 million yen. The contract term will be until the end of February 2015.
From the report of Fukushima prefectural government, 9 organizations chosen featured how to spread Fukushima products to all over the world and Japan.

La préfecture de Fukushima a annoncé qu’ils allaient débourser 8 millions de yens sur chacun des projets de lutte contre les “rumeurs malveillantes”.
La préfecture de Fukushima attend une augmentation des idées pour leurs produits agricoles. Ils visent surtout les organisation de jeunesse comme les étudiants universitaires, etc…
Le 31 mai 2014, ils déclaraient qu’ils avaient déjà choisi 9 organisations sur les 61 candidates. Chacune de ces 9 organisations va recevoir jusqu’à 8 millions de yens. Les termes du contrat vont jusqu’à fin février 2015.
Selon un rapport de la préfecture de Fukushima, les 9 organisations choisies montraient comment diffuser les produits de Fukushima sur le Japon et le monde entier.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
