Reactor 3 is known to be more risky than other reactors because it uses MOX.
However, there is un-used MOX in the SFP of reactor as well.
In May of 2010, The Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency made this report below to confirm the new MOX fuel is still available.

Can you find a total number of MOX assemblies in this document? We have been tracking the MOX inventories in Japan for months trying to sort out some inconsistencies. How many are admitted being in the pool at unit 3 in this report may hold some key info.
