A local supermarket chain “Sunlive” [Link] is oppressed by Kitakyushu city mayor. (cf.Kitakyushu city starts incineration of disaster debris to arrest nonviolent protesters)
The son of the founder ordered his supermarket chain not to sell vegetables from north Japan, but the city mayor threatens him that he could be arrested.
His son has been suffering from pediatric cancer.
He tweeted like these below,

As the assistant professor Koide from Kyoto university says “it is not 100% safe”, I gave my supermarket chain the order not to sell vegetables from North Japan. This is the same as “we should avoid disaster debris because it may increase pediatric cancer”. However, government office such as public health center came to our head office to oppress.

Kitahashi states “harmful rumor can be a criminal case”, but it is the case that false rumor financially damages someone’s business. However, it is the reality that Fukushima vegetable is contaminated substance, so it’s not the false rumor.

Kitahashi, Kitakyushu mayor repeats threatening acts, such as commenting they can arrest citizens for spreading harmful rumor, and on the other hand, imposes the contaminated substance on citizens. He shall caution himself.
