Following up this article..JP gov is going to send disaster debris to USA
Kitakyushu city will start test incineration of disaster debris for the following 3 days. This is the first incineration in western Japan.
Protesters took up the road to stop the trucks from Ishinomaki city Miyagi.
Some of the protesters got under a truck to stop. They managed to stop them for 8 hours but police arrested at least 2 people. Around 5PM, they moved into Hiakari incineration facility.
Though it was supposed to be a test incineration, 22 trucks carried disaster debris from Ishinomaki city.

    FUKUSHIMA DIARY – La ville de Kitakyushu commence l’incinération des débris de la catastrophe pour mettre un terme aux protestations non-violentes.

    La ville de Kitakyushu va commencer des tests d’ incineration des débris de la catastrophe durant ces trois jours prochains. C’est la première incinération qui a lieu à l’Ouest du Japon.
    Des manifestants Protesters ont occupé la route pour arrêter les camions venant de la ville de Ishinomaki, préfecture de Miyagi.
    Quelques manifestants se sont placés sous un camion pour l’arrêter. Ils ont réussi à les immobiliser durant 8 heures mais la police a arrêté au moins deux personnes. Vers 17 heures ils sont entrés dans le centre d’incinération de Hiakari.
    Bien que ce soit supposé être une incinération test, 22 camions ont transporté des débris de la catastrophe de la ville de Ishinomaki.
