Following up this article..Kepco stopped 8 thermal power plants for the oversupply of electricity to restart Ohi nuclear plant
On 7/14, Kepco announced they are going to restart Ohi nuclear plant unit4 at 21:00 of 7/18/2012.
It’s planned to reach recriticality around 6:00 ~ 7:00 of 7/19/2012.
Unit4 is going to start generating power on 7/21, go to full operation on 7/25.
From 16:25 of 7/14, they reported alert in the central operation room of unit3 and 4. Kepco announced it was because the monitoring equipment was broken to watch power-transmission line, the broken part will be replaced.
It is not announced how many thermal power plants will be shut down for power oversupply to restart Ohi unit4.
大飯原発４号機、１８日夜起動へ
関西電力は１４日、大飯原発（福井県おおい町）の４号機の原子炉を、１８日午後９時ごろに起動すると発表した。１９日午前６～７時ごろに核分裂が連続して起こる臨界に達する予定。２１日に発電を開始し、２５日にフル稼働する見通しという。
また関電によると、１４日午後４時２５分ごろから、３、４号機の中央制御室で断続的に警報がなった。送電線の状態を監視する装置が故障したためで、関電は部品交換で対応するという。
