390 mg/kg of lead was measured from the soil of the play ground of a nursery school in Yokohama.
Because arsenic and lead were found more than the safety limit of 150 mg/kg in the parking lot located next to the nursery school on 3/23, Yokohama city government was analyzing the soil of the nursery school.
It has been prohibited to use the play ground since 3/23, none of the health problem has been reported so far.
Yokohama city government will cover the ground with a sheet, is planning to change the soil or cover it with concrete pavement.
南区の保育園から基準値超の鉛検出/横浜

横浜市南区浦舟町の駐車場から国の基準値を上回るヒ素と鉛が検出された問題で、市は13日、隣接する保育園からも基準値を上回る鉛が検出された、と発表した。
市こども青少年局によると、今月２日から同保育園の園庭を10区画に分けて土壌調査を開始。１区画から基準値（１キログラム当たり１５０ミリグラム以下）を上回る鉛３９０ミリグラムを検出した。
園庭は駐車場から鉛などが検出された３月23日以降、使用を中止しており、今のところ健康被害は確認されていないという。
同局は応急対策として、園庭の土の部分にシートをかぶせ、飛散防止を図るとともに、土の入れ替えやコンクリート舗装などの改善策を検討するとしている。
