Over 10,000 of cattle in Fukushima have been sent to the market by 1/16/2012 since they lifted the restriction of selling Fukushima cattle in last August.
They assert they haven’t measured more than 500 Bq/Kg from the cattle, and 95% of them were ND in the last one month.
Fukushima sell 20,000 of cattle annually, they managed to sell about half of it already.
肉牛出荷が１万頭超 制限解除の福島県 (01月17日)
福島県は１６日までに、福島第１原発事故による県産肉牛の出荷制限が８月に解除されて以降、１３日にと畜した分までの出荷頭数が１万頭に達したと発表した。このうち暫定規制値（１キロ当たり５００ベクレル）を超えたものはなく、直近の１カ月では９５％が不検出だった。県内肉牛の年間出荷頭数は２万頭で、このうちの半分が出荷されたことになり、県は出荷が順調に進んでいるとみている。
