Following up this article..[Reactor4] Tepco will not announce when to take out the fuel from SFP4
Though Tepco was concealing the specific data to take out the new assemblies, TBS reported it will be 7/18/2012 (JST).
Actual Fukushima worker Happy11311 commented it may take up to 2 days.
続き5:普通にやれば燃料二本の吊り上げは一日で終わるはずでし。但し、今回はかなり慎重に行う可能性もあるから、そうなると一日一本で二日間でやるかも。これはオイラの予測だけど一日だけだと19日、二日間だと18日からやるんじゃないのかなぁ…？

続き6:雨が降ると延期もあるから20日金曜日は予備日じゃないかなぁ。それに今週18、19日は今の予定だと大飯4号機の再稼動だよね。今までも国は1Fのイベントは他の出来事とダブルブッキングさせてる事があるんだ。マスコミと国民の関心を分散させるのが目的か単なる偶然かわかんないけど。

It’s been a while since Tepco allowed them to approach Fukushima plant out of 3 km diameter. There are no covers above reactor3 and 4 so anyone can see everything from the sky. Some sort of activity occurred last evening/night–with bright lights and cranes working feverishly around Reactor 4. Did not look especially successful based on the plumes of smokes around the smaller work light. But the TOP of steel was removed at least a week ago..accompanied by smoke as well. Good luck to this effort, its going to be critical. There is no WHOOPS in this project left. TEPCO is like a cat with nine lives, but they have used up all nine already.

Ça fait un moment que Tepco interdit d’approcher le site à moins de 3 km. Il n’y a aucune couverture sur les réacteurs 3 et 4, donc n’importe qui peut tout voir à partir du ciel.
