The epicenter is Fukushima Nakadori, where Fukushima plants are located.
It’s shallower than 10km. No information about the plant is announced yet.

If the epicenter was directly under the plants and shallow, a subsurface steam explosion may have occurred instead of an earthquake. The kind one would expect from molten fuel reaching the water table. Hopefully, as strange as this may sound, Japan was hit by a small earthquake.

This is very ominous…The fuel has most likely reached the underground water table.It will contaminate underground water. If this is happening, there is a high chance of steam explosions.Maybe this is whats causing these ‘quakes???
