Coolant system of SFP at reactor4 was restarted at 16:04 4/13/2012, Tepco announced in their press conference of the same day.

At 15:00, the temperature was 37.6℃, it was 35℃ at 16:00 but this is the temperature of surface, which is difficult from the entire temperature of SFP4. The actual temperature is not known.
15:00の段階で37.6℃、16:00の段階で35℃となっていますが、これはプールの表面温度のため、プール本体の温度とは異なります。プール本体の温度は未だ発表されていません。
Tepco assumes it was because bubble got in the instrumentation line.
冷却装置の停止は計装ラインがエアを噛んだためではないかと東電は推測しています。
