From this March, Tepco is going to build the fence to close Fukushima plant port and exterminate the fish living in the port.
It’s to stop the highly contaminated fish going offshore, and also to collect sample for analysis.

A partir de mars prochain, Tepco va construire une barrière autour du port de la centrale de Fukushima et exterminer les poissons vivant dedans.
C’est pour empêcher les poissons très hautement contaminés de partir au large et aussi pour avoir des échantillons à analyser.

Exterminate the fish ?? Oh , right , the ‘scientific’ methode !
Understanding of having here a unique environment and instead of just blocking the exit and TAG ( catch&release ) the fish for further observation they decided to exterminate the Evidence !

Be careful of the fish ending up as canned food.
They kill the fish, then, the plankton drifts off shore to be eaten by other fish.
Will they exterminate fish 10 KM offshore?
That is a good point. They can exterminate the fish but not the radiation in the fish.
The fish will maybe brought to some incinerator so the japanese will have fresh radiation to breath. Maybe it will buried somewhere so the radiation will go in the ground water.
