Nitrogen injection for reactor 1~3 stopped again, Tepco reported on 4/7/2012.
They started the back-up unit one hour later, but still the reason is not verified.
Tepco states, it might be because of the clogging filter.
Nitrogen injection stopped 3 times only in one month. Including the leakage of highly contaminated water, troubles are happening almost everyday.

東京電力福島第１原発事故で、東電は７日、１～３号機の格納容器と圧力容器に窒素を注入する装置が停止したと発表した。１時間後に予備機を起動し、窒素注入は再開されたが、原因は分かっていない。同社は「調査中だが、フィルターの目詰まりも推定される」としている。
この１カ月で窒素注入装置の停止は３回目。汚染水の漏れなども含め、福島第１原発では連日のようにトラブルが続いている。（2012/04/07-19:39）

Like I’ve said before, why don’t they take some spent fuel rod or corium and subject it to Brown’s Gas flame? They’ve got mess all over the place anyways, and are burning contaminated disaster debris. Even if it caused further dispersion, it wouldn’t matter. And it probably won’t. Why the heck not H-O-H flame some extremely radioactive material and see if it gets neutralized? If it did, there’s a major part of the decontamination solution right there. This was done with a cobalt-60 pellet twice at a demonstration in California once, and nothing was released to the air. There ought to be a piece of fuel rod somewhere accessible in one of those reactors which have portions being pumped with nitrogen to prevent hydrogen explosion. There ought to still be some pellets or rod pieces lying about from the reactor 3 spf explosion. Imagine being able to send in robots which actually fight back against intense radioactivity sources? Maybe it’s been tried already? Maybe it’s going on right now? Or, maybe somebody needs to send an army, put guns to heads, and make them try it?
