Kobayashi fellow-researcher from Japan Atomic Energy Agency analyzed that 18,000 trillion Bq of Iodine 131 and cesium 134 + 137 directly leaked from Fukushima to Pacific ocean.
However, because it is the estimation after 3/26, it would be much more than that if it includes what leaked from 3/11 to 3/25.
Also, it will be a several times much as 18,000 trillion Bq to count the radiation to fall from air down to the sea.
From their simulation, marine contamination already reached Philippines by 4/10/2011, will reach Hawaii by March of 2014, where is 5300 km away from Fukushima.
東京電力福島第一原子力発電所から放出された海の放射能汚染水は、２０１４年３月には薄まりつつ日本から約５３００キロ離れたハワイ諸島近くに到達することが日本原子力研究開発機構のシミュレーション結果でわかった。海水から受ける被曝（ひばく）量は低いという。
原子力機構の小林卓也研究副主幹らが原発の放水口付近の海洋での放射能の実測値などをもとに、昨年３月２６日以降に直接海に流出した放射能量を推定した。これとは別に、大気から降下した放射能量もシミュレーションで推定した。
試算によると、福島第一原発から海へ直接放出された汚染水の放射能量は放射性のヨウ素とセシウム合わせて計１京８千兆ベクレルに上るという。
さらに大気から海に降り注いだ放射性物質を含めると数倍に増えるという。海に漏れた汚染水は、薄まりつつ海流に運ばれ、１４年３月には、ハワイ諸島沖に最大で海水１リットルあたり約０．０４ベクレルのセシウム１３７を含む水が到達する予測になった。小林さんは「この時に最高濃度のセシウムを取り込んだ海産物を１年間毎日食べても、内部被曝は０．００１ミリシーベルトほどにとどまる」と話した。（杉本崇）

Interesting article.
I did read the source. He wrote from after March 26 as you said.
But he does not say until when.
There are still leaks on-going. There are more fallouts now (2012 Feb. or March) than last year June for example. From March 26 until when?
So we don’t knwo at all actually how much bq are on their way to Hawai or the Philipines. If his data measurements stop in September 2011 or March 2012 will give different results.
Not sure how he can claim that “18,000 trillion Bq of …. leaked”
when it is still leaking. The way he wrote it, makes it look as if the accident is over and it stops leaking.
I wonder if this radiation in the sea is the real reason Filipinos are being warned away from local shellfish now -
