Hydrogen explosion may have happened at reactor 4 and been concealed by the government ,said on the blog of Katayama Satsuki, a member of the House of Councilors of Liberal Democratic Party.
On the post of 1/13/2012 of her blog, she wrote like this below,
さきほど、南相馬の元市議会議員から市長に連絡がはいり、1月9日にまた、福島第一で（おそらく4号炉だと思うが）なんらかの爆発が起きており、それを政府が隠している、という話であった。真偽のほどはわからないが、水素爆発ではあっても、核爆発ではないであろう。（水素爆発でも、放射能の飛散がかなりの量でおきるのになぜそれほど平静なのか、地獄を見た方は違う、と、原発50キロ以内におられる方の背負ってきた凄まじい恐怖とストレスを、かえって痛感させられました。）

Now I heard that the city mayor of Minamisoma got the phone call from a former city councilor to tell, on 1/9/2012, at Fukushima plant, (Probably at reactor 4) some kind of explosion happened, and the government is concealing it.
I’m not quite sure if it’s true or not, but it probably is not a nuclear explosion but a hydrogen explosion. (Even by a hydrogen explosion, radiation is scattered in a huge scale. I wondered why the person can stay that cool in such a situation. Probably he has already seen hell, he might be used to dealing with the fear and the stress by living in the 50km area.)

Is anyone at the plant? Are these guages being looked at remotely?
Do cranes in the live cam operate with people in them or by remote control?
I don’t see how anyone can physically go inside these buildings with these constant radiation leaks.
The cranes are operated remotely.
If proves true then expect that radiation levels will show it, if they are released…
Maybe this is why all the helicopters have been flying over Tokyo!
Can anything about it be seen on any webcam video?

Well, no explosion was visible on the cam, but the birds all flew away at once… So it had to be in #1 or #2 where we cant see what is going on…
Oh, and there are definitely workers on site, and inside the reactor buildings as well, video shows them in and around # 4..
