J-village will be reused to be a training camp of soccor

Japan Football Village Co. Inc. held the board of directors on 10/30/2012 to accept the restoration plan to reuse J-village for a training camp of soccor as its original purpose.

The basic principals of the plan are
1) Contribute to the restration by producing employment
2) Eradicate harmful rumor
3) Promote soccor and improve health of local citizens

They avoided showing specific schedule, but they are going to attract Japanese representatives of soccor and J league for training camp once they decrease the radiation level by decontamination.

Le J-village va être utilisé en tant que camp d’entraînement aux secours

Le Japan Football Village Co. Inc. a réuni le bureau des directeurs le 30 octobre 2012 pour accepter un plan de réfection qui réutilisera le J-village pour un camp d’entraînement aux secours ce qu’il était prévu d’être au départ.

Les traits essentiels de ce plan sont :
1) Contribuer à la réfection en créant des emplois
2) Combattre les rumeurs malveillantes
3) Promouvoir les secours et améliorer la santé des habitants locaux

Ils ont évité de donner un calendrier détaillé mais ils vont attirer des représentants japonais du secourisme et de la ligue japonaise pour qu’ils s’entraînent dans le camp une fois que la décontamination en aura fait diminuer le niveau de radioactivité.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
