3,000 Bq/Kg of Uranium238 and 240 Bq/Kg of Uranium 235 were measured from the dust stuck to the air conditioning filter in Tokyo.
Uranium 235/238 is 8%, which is enriched uranium from Fukushima.
It was from an apartment on 20th floor, located at 300m from Tokyo tower.
Tokyo tower is 227.4km from Fukushima, 350m from Russian Embassy.
It was sent from Japan to Dr.C Busby in England.[Link]
The owner of the apartment evacuated right after 311 and came back 7 months after 311 to turn on the air conditioner. The filter took only air inside of the room.
