Following up this article..SFP of reactor4 became cloudy
Tepco checked the inside of the SFP and container vessel of reactor 4 on 3/15/2012.
On 3/16/2012, Tepco released the video on their press conference.
The degree of clearness was only 1m because of the white substance. The camera went to 20m deep in the water.
In the container vessel, they found 2 pieces of debris on the bottom but there seemed to be nothing else. However, the white substance was observed here too.
It’s not known what the white thing is.
Radiation level, nuclide, temperature, none of those datas were announced.
