Legal Affairs Bureau in Kofu reported a nursery school rejected the child who evacuated from Fukushima. The reason was, if other parents started worrying about Fukushima nuclear plants, they can not deal with it.
Legal Affairs Bureau also reported neighbors tried them not to go to near play ground who evacuated from Fukushima.
Legal Affairs Bureau is associating it with harmful rumor, they are posting around not to discriminate evacuating people.

福島から避難の子ども、入園断られる 山梨の保育園
東京電力福島第一原発の影響で昨年、福島県から山梨県内に避難してきた子どもの保育園入園が「原発に対する不安が他の保護者から出た場合、対応できない」という理由で断られていたケースがあったと、甲府地方法務局が２日発表した。
法務局によると、自宅近くの公園で子どもを遊ばせようとした際、近くの住民から避難者であることを理由に「遊ばせるのを自粛してほしい」と言われたこともあったという。
法務局は風評による偏見・差別をしないよう、ポスターを掲示し、自治体広報紙に広告を掲載するなどの救済措置をとった。
