Corium may have been penetrated completely 15 hours after meltdown

In 1981, the US nuclear regulatory commission simulated the station blackout at Browns Ferry unit one.

Browns Ferry uses GE Mark 1, which is the same type as Fukushima nuclear plants.

They assumed on the same situation as 311.
