Following up this article about Strontium 90 in the air of Tokyo
It turned out that Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial and Vocational center knew but hid the fact that they measured Strontium-89 from the air of Tokyo on 3/15/2011.
The half life of Strontium-89 is only 50 days so it’s assumed from Fukushima.
It was about 0.1 Bq / m3.
Having said it’s harmless because it’s a small amount, they haven’t explained why they didn’t disclose the fact on 3/15.
