[School lunch] 1 ~ 20 Bq/Kg of Cs-134/137 measured from cabbage produced in Aichi prefecture, “Already served”

According to Shinano town government in Nagano prefecture, 1 ~ 20 Bq/Kg of Cs-134/137 was measured from cabbage for school lunch.

They measured Cs-134/137 twice on 4/4 and 4/9/2013. The cabbages were produced in Aichi, central Japan.
Their safety limit is 50 Bq/Kg. The cabbages were served.

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
