According to Miyagi prefecture, 86 Bq/Kg of Iodine-131 was measured from sewage sludge in Iwanuma city Miyagi.
Iodine-131 is from nuclear reaction or medical treatment.
The sample was collected from 10/23 to 10/25/2012.

If the Iodine-131 detection came from NPP it implies ongoing fission and is bad! If it came from medical cancer treatments,it’s still bad since an increase in isotopes used to treat cancer implies that a large spike in cancer cases has suddenly emerged since the ongoing disaster began??!!
This cannot be medical I-131.
Because it takes too much time for the iodine to travel from the patient, to the toilet, down the sewer system to the water treatment facility where it is captured as sludge. How often do they even harvest the sludge?
ONCE A MONTH?
This exceeds the half life of the iodine 131. Unless, of course, the Iodine FELL FROM THE SKY.
So, to be practical, either diachi, diani or some other source has been active these past two years.
Remember, for every 3 parts of I-131 released into the environment from a nuclear plant, there is 1 part I-129.
I-129 last for MILLIONS of years. The thyroid risk will NOT end.
