Following up this article..Water level was only 60cm from the bottom in reactor2
The water level turned out to be only 60cm. Where is the fuel ? Is it in the water ?
Actual Fukushima worker Happy11311 assumed that the melted fuel might have gone into the suppression chamber.
今ふと思ったんだけど…。もしかしたら2号機の溶け出した燃料はﾀﾞｳﾝｶﾏｰを通ってｻﾌﾟﾁｬﾝに流れてしまったのかなぁ…？だとしたらｻﾌﾟﾁｬﾝの中で燃料被覆管が水と反応して水素が発生しｻﾌﾟﾁｬﾝに溜まり、水素濃度が高まった時に酸素と反応してｻﾌﾟﾁｬﾝが爆発するよなぁ。

I got to think the melted fuel of reactor 2 have maybe got into the suppression chamber through down comer pipes. If so, the fuel clad produced hydrogen by reacting with H2O inside of the suppression chamber, and it caused hydrogen explosion.

続き1:今でも何で2号機はｻﾌﾟﾁｬﾝが水素爆発したのか疑問だったんだけど今日の調査から考えたらそんな可能性もあるのかなって勝手に想像してしまったでし。その可能性がないか偉い学者さんに聞いてみたいなぁ…。
