Vegetables produced in Ibaraki are gigantic this year. Consumers are all glad.
The pictures below are chinese cabbage made in Ibaraki, south to Fukushima.
Farmers say, this year, a lot of chinese cabbage are huge like this.
Because they can not put the chinese cabbages into the normal size of the box to distribute, it’s in over supply, which is causing the depreciation of the price.
Too big cabbages are abandoned because they can not distribute.
