As to the M7.3 earthquake, Researcher, Tsuji from building research institute warned we need to stay cautious for another major earthquake for more 2 or 3 days. In offshore of North Japan, major earthquake tends to occur in a few days following a large earthquake.

Comme pour le séisme M7.3, M. Tsuji, chercheur à l’institut de recherche sur le bâtiment prévient de rester prudents en l’attente d’un autre séisme majeur sous 2-3 jours. Au large du nord du Japon, les séismes majeurs ont tendance à survenir les jours suivants un grand séisme.

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
