JP New prime minister steps forward to ease constitutional amendment rule

On 12/16/2012, Japanese new prime minister Abe commented he considers changing the constitutional amendent rule. (Currently they need more than 2/3 of votes from the House of Representatives and the House of Councilors.) It’s unnatural that Japanese people can’t change it at all only because 1/3 of Diet members oppose it.
He emphasized that they are going to ask Japan restoration party to support this policy.

Le 16 décembre 2012, M. Abe, le nouveau premier ministre a déclaré qu’il voulait changer la loi d’amendement de la constitution. (Actuellement il faut une majorité des 2/3 de la Chambre des Représentants (Assemblée) et de la Chambre des Conseillers (Sénat).) Il n’est pas naturel que les japonais ne puissent la changer parce que seulement 1/3 du parlement (Diet) s’y oppose.
Il a mis en avant qu’ils allaient demander au parti de restoration du Japon de soutenir leur politique.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
