[The worst senario] Extremely highly contaminated water leaking to underground, emergency press conference soon

By this January, 96% of contaminated water storage facility was full.
They made 4 holes underground and has been using them for the emergency water storage facility.

On 4/5/2013, Tepco announced they found the highly contaminated water leaking into the ground.
The underground water storage facility was made on 4/3/2013. The hole was covered with 3 layers of leakage isolation sheets, but they detected 10^7 Bq/m3 of radioactive material from water stocked between the ground and the outer sheet.
They measured 6.0 × 10^9 Bq/m3 of radioactive material from water stocked between the outer sheet and the middle one.

Tepco is going to hold an emergency press conference at 1:30AM of 4/6/2013 (JST).

Tepco is to analyze the water on 4/6/2013 again.
According to Japan Meteorological Agency, a storm is coming to east Japan on 4/6 and 4/7/2013.

En janvier dernier, la capacité de stockage des eaux contaminées était saturée à 96 %.
Ils ont creusé 4 trous dans le sol et les ont utilisés comme cuves temporaires. (cf. Tepco se prépare à jeter les eaux contaminées dans l’environnement, “Avec la permission des services concernés”)
Le 5 avril 2013, Tepco annonce qu’ils ont découvert que ces eaux contaminées fuyaient dans le sol.
Les cuves ont été creusées le 3 avril 2013. Les trous ont été couverts de 3 couches de feuilles d’isolation des fuites mais ils ont relevé 10 000 000 Bq/m³ de matières radioactives dans les eaux stockées entre le sol et la couche la plus externe.
Ils ont relevé 6 000 000 000 Bq/m³ de matières radioactives dans l’eau entre la feuille la plus externe et celle du milieu.

Tepco va à nouveau analyser l’eau le 6 avril 2013.

Selon la Japan Meteorological Agency, une tempête arrive sur l’Est japonais les 6 et 7 avril 2013. (cf. Une tempête sur le Japon ce week-end, vitesse maximale instantanée des vents à 30 m/s (= 270 km/h))
