[The worst senario] Extremely highly contaminated water leaking to underground, emergency press conference soon
By this January, 96% of contaminated water storage facility was full.
They made 4 holes underground and has been using them for the emergency water storage facility.

On 4/5/2013, Tepco announced they found the highly contaminated water leaking into the ground.
The underground water storage facility was made on 4/3/2013. The hole was covered with 3 layers of leakage isolation sheets, but they detected 10^7 Bq/m3 of radioactive material from water stocked between the ground and the outer sheet. They measured 6.0 × 10^9 Bq/m3 of radioactive material from water stocked between the outer sheet and the middle one.

Tepco is to analyze the water on 4/6/2013 again.
According to Japan Meteorological Agency, a storm is coming to east Japan on 4/6 and 4/7/2013.

Les cuves ont été creusées le 3 avril 2013. Les trous ont été couverts de 3 couches de feuilles d’isolation des fuites mais ils ont relevé 10 000 000 Bq/m³ de matières radioactives dans les eaux stockées entre le sol et la couche la plus externe. Ils ont relevé 6 000 000 000 Bq/m³ de matières radioactives dans l’eau entre la feuille la plus externe et celle du milieu.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
