“11. Chernobyl’s Radioactive Impact on Microbial Biota
Alexey V. Yablokov
Of the few microorganisms that have been studied, all underwent rapid changes in the areas heavily contaminated by Chernobyl. Organisms such as tuberculosis bacilli; hepatitis, herpes, and tobacco mosaic viruses; cytomegalovirus; and soil micromycetes and bacteria were activated in various ways. The ultimate long-term consequences for the Chernobyl microbiologic biota may be worse than what we know today. Compared to humans and other mammals, the profound changes that take place among these
small live organisms with rapid reproductive turnover do not bode well for the health and survival of other species.
”’Several incidences of increased morbidity
owing to certain infectious diseases may be due
to increased virulence of microbial populations
as a result of Chernobyl irradiation.”

Another point Lori, what’s going to happen if TSHF, and so many Japanese depend on these box lunches for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’ve been here almost 9 years and I’ve never eaten a box lunch. My wife got the stomach flu from one of these three years ago. It really shows how dependent the Japanese are for prepared foods. What’s funny is, you hear all the time that “Japan is not a sandwich culture”, but they sell out those prepared sandwiches almost everyday. It takes no more than 10 minutes to make a sandwich lunch, but you can’t even buy sandwich bread here nor lunch meat, except for terrible processed ham.
well easy enough to clean up
The Japanese are so indoctrinated that they can tell you they just invented the wheel when they have been using one. Kudos the State machinery and propaganda media.
