Nagano prefecture requested three municipal governments to practice self-imposed control on bonfire

Nagano prefectural government conducted radiation measurement of dead leaves in eleven municipal governments of Saku area from 10/22 ~ 10/26/2012.

As a result, the highest reading was 263 Bq/Kg, they measured 54 ~ 129 Bq/Kg from five locations in three municipals, which is over the safety limit of 40 Bq/Kg.
Prefectural government required three municipal governments to practice self-imposed control on bonfire.
When it comes to the disaster debris incineration, the safety limit is 240 ~ 480 Bq/Kg.

Le gouvernement préfectoral de Nagano a effectué des relevés de radioactivité des feuilles mortes dans 11 communes de la région de Saku entre le 22 et le 26 octobre 2012.
Bilan, la plus haute lecture a été de 263 Bq/kg, ils ont relevé de 54 à 129 Bq/kg en 5 lieux de 3 municipalités, ce qui dépasse la limite de sécurité de 40 Bq/kg.

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
