[Albino] White raccoon dog found in Fukushima

Albino raccoon dog was found in the trap for wild boar in Katsurao village Fukushima.
Entire Katsurao village is in the evacuation zone.
It’s 50cm long, covered with white fur. Mr. Yoshida, a member of hunter’s association found it. He comments he has been a hunting member for 50 years but he hasn’t ever seen a white raccoon dog before.

E’ stato trovato un Tanuki (cane procione) bianco in una trappola per cinghiali nel villaggio di Katsurao, a Fukushima.
L’intero villaggio di Katsurao fa parte della zona di evacuazione.
E’ lungo 50cm, coperto di pelo bianco. Il sig. Yoshida, un membro dell’associazione per la caccia lo ha trovato. Ha commentato dicendo che lui, cacciatore da 50 anni, non aveva mai visto un Tanuki bianco prima.

Un raton-laveur albinos a été pris dans un piège à sanglier dans le village de Katsurao à Fukushima.
Tout le village de Katsurao est dans la zone d’évacuation.
Il fait 50 cm de long, recouvert d’une fourrure blanche. Il a été trouvé par M. Yoshida, membre de l’association des chasseurs. Il dit qu’il chasse depuis 50 ans et qu’il n’avait jamais vu de raton-laveur blanc avant.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
