At 12:55 on 3/24/2012, a lightweight truck was overturned in Ishikawa machi Fukushima.
Mr. Suzuki (61) had a sudden death from heart disease on driving, rode over the left side of the prefectural road and overturned on the driver’s seat.

石川で軽トラックが横転、男性死亡 運転中に発症か
24日午後0時55分ごろ、石川町の県道で、同町の無職鈴木健一さん(61)の軽トラックが横転。鈴木さんは同町の診療所に運ばれたが、死亡した。
石川署によると、死因は心臓疾患。鈴木さんが運転中に発症、県道沿いの左側の斜面に乗り上げたとみられる。車は運転席側を下に横転していた。現場は下り坂の直線道路。近くの女性が発見、119番通報した。

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
