Ex-prime minister Kan Naoto was hospitalized for car accident

The election campaign car of Kan Naoto, ex-prime minister crashed to a steel pole beside a divider around 15:30 of 12/13/2012.
Kan Naoto and 2 other people were hospitalized.
It was in Fuchu city Tokyo, the pole was 80cm tall, but the windshield was broken for some reason.

Now the Metropolitan police department is investigating the cause. They are going to have an election on 12/16/2012.

La voiture de campagne de M. Naoto Kan, l’ancien premier ministre s’est écrasée contre un poteai indicateur à un carrefour vers 15:30 ce 13 décembre 2012.
M. Naoto Kan et deux autres personnes sont hospitalisées.
C’était dans la commune de Fuchu dans Tokyo, le poteau faisait 80 cm de haut mais le pare-brise de la voiture est brisé.

En ce moment, le département de la police métropolitaine police enquête sur la cause. Les élections ont lieu le 16 décembre 2012.

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
