Plant dust monitoring post alarmed, Fukushima workers ordered to wear full-face mask
At 16:41 of 4/3/2013 (JST), Tepco sent an emergency email to the journalists.
At 15:55 of 4/3/2013, the continuous dust monitoring post at the main entrance of Fukushima plant alarmed.
Having this warning, Fukushima workers were ordered to put on full-face masks.
Other continuous dust monitoring posts are not indicating any change.
Additionally, the indicated reading is not showing any change either.

Le 3 avril 2013 à 15:55, la borne de surveillance en continu des poussières de l’entrée principale de la centrale de Fukushima s’est mise en alarme.
Sur cette alerte, les travailleurs de Fukushima ont reçu l’ordre de mettre leurs masques complets sur la tête.
Les autres bornes de surveillance en continu des poussières n’indiquent pas de changement.
De plus, les lectures indiquées ne montrent pas de changement non plus.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
