[Restoration] Minamisoma city to hold a marathon race on 12/2/2012 (Rain or shine)

On 12/2/2012, Minamisoma city Fukushima is going to hold a marathon race (Nomaoi no sato healthy marathon).
This is the 25th race after 2 years blank for restoration.
Anyone can apply for it over 6 years old. In total, 2,400 people have applied for it. (2,500 JPY for adults, 2,500 JPY for a pair of parent and child)
They also prepared a walking course, which you can join for 500 JPY.
3 professional athletes from Fukushima prefecture such as Mr. Sato Atsushi are going to join. Mr. Sato is from Chugoku Electric Power.

Ce 2 décembre 2012, la ville de Minamisoma, dans Fukushima, organise une  course marathon (marathon de santé Nomaoi no sato ).
C’est la 25e compétition après 2 ans d’absence pour cause de réfection.
Tout le monde au-dessus de 6 ans peut y participer. Au total, 2 400 personnes s’y sont inscrites. (2 500 yens par adulte, 2 500 yens pour un couple avec enfant)
Ils sont aussi préparé une randonnée à laquelle on peut participer pour 500 yens.
3 athlètes professionnels de la prefecture de Fukushima, tel M. Sato Atsushi, vont y participer. M. Sato travaille à Chugoku Electric Power.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
