A footrace festival held in Fukushima city

On 11/3/2012, Fukushima university arranged the footrace festival (30m) in front of Fukushima station.

It has been held yearly since 2007. They appealed their energy to fight nuclear accident by running for 30m.

About 300 people (from pre-school children to old people) joined it.

Il 03/11/2012, l’università di Fukushima ha organizzato una gara di corsa (30m) di fronte alla stazione di Fukushima.
Questa si tiene annualmente dal 2007. Hanno utilizzato la loro energia per combattere l’incidente nucleare correndo per 30m.
Circa 300 persone (dai bambini dell’asilo agli anziani) vi hanno partecipato.

Le 3 novembre 2012, l’université Fukushima a organisé la compétition de course à pied (30m) en face de la gare de Fukushima.

C’est une compétition annuelle depuis 2007.  Ils ont apporté leur énergie pour combattre l’accident nucléaire en courant sur 30 m.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
