Steam observed coming up on the top of reactor3 again

On 9/13/2013, Fukushima Diary reported the steam was observed on the top of reactor3 again.

According to Tepco, the “Steam” was observed on 5th floor of reactor3 around 8:00 of 9/15/2013 again.

Tepco states no abnormality was reported about the plant state and monitoring posts, but still the cause is not verified.



You can ignore the truth but the truth won’t ignore you.

Le 13 septembre 2013, le Fukushima Diary publiait qu’on voyait à nouveau de la vapeur au sommet du réacteur 3. (cf. [Irréparable] La “vapeur” est de retour en haut du réacteur 3)

Selon Tepco, la “vapeur” a encore été observée ce 15 septembre 2013 vers 08:00 au 5<sup>e</sup> étage du réacteur 3.
Tepco affirme qu’aucune anomalie n’a été rapportée dans l’état de la centrale et dans les bornes de surveillance mais la cause de cette vapeur n’est toujours pas établie.

Vous pouvez ignorer la vérité mais la vérité ne vous ignorera pas.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
