[Never be fixed] “Steam” came back again on the top of reactor3

According to Tepco, the “Steam”, which was often observed in early August, was found on the top of reactor3 building again.

At 8:00 AM of 9/13/2013, the “steam” was observed coming up from the 5th floor of reactor3 building, which is the same location as August.

At the moment of 8:30AM, no abnormality was reported about the plant parameter and the monitoring posts according to Tepco.

Selon Tepco, la “vapeur” qui a souvent été observée début août sur le réacteur 3 est à nouveau présente au sommet du bâtiment.
Le 13 septembre 2013 à 08:00, la “vapeur” a été  vue sortant du 5e étage du bâtiment du réacteur 3, soit du même endroit qu’en août.
Selon Tepco, à 08:30 aucune anomalie n’était rapportée dans les paramètres usine de la centrale et dans les bornes de surveillance..


Vous pouvez ignorer la vérité mais la vérité ne vous ignorera pas.

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
