[Breaking] Coolant system of reactor3 SFP stopped, Tepco is investigating the reason

At 14:27 of 4/5/2013, the coolant system of reactor3 spent fuel pool stopped.

Now Tepco and nuclear regulatory agency are investigating the reason. There was no emergency email for the journalists.

Live televised broadcasts of parliamentary proceedings caught Kakizawa from “Your Party” asking the president of Tepco, Hirose.

A rat is not found yet.

Le 5 avril 2013 à 14:27, le système de refroidissement de la piscine à combustibles usagés du réacteur 3 s’est arrêté.

En ce moment, Tepco et l’agence de régulation du nucléaire en recherchent la cause. Il n’y a pas eu de mail d’urgence aux journalistes.

La caméra de direct des séances du parlement a montré M. Kakizawa du “Your Party” posant la question au président de Tepco, M. Hirose.

On n’a pas encore trouvé de rat.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
