They were probably imported by TEPCO as “livestock” to feed the laborers & subcontractors which probably was the reason TEPCO called the Australian Good Samaritan who rescued the dogs last year and demanded the return of their cuisine that was scheduled on the menu for Brunch that Sunday! I better watch what I say or “squirrel” might be on the menu next!! TEPCO can eat my peenuts!!LOL
