Fukushima Diary reader reported the Fukushima tourism campaign held in Ueno park of Taito ward Tokyo.
It was to attract tourists for Minamiaizu machi Fukushima.
It was held on 12/1/2012, but the ward government already removed the webpage the next day for some reason.

Un lecteur du Fukushima Diary rapporte qu’une campagne touristique pour Fukushima s’est tenue à Ueno park dans la circonscription de Taito à Tokyo.
C’était pour attirer des touristes sur Minamiaizu machi, dans Fukushima.
Elle a eu lieu le 1er décembre 2012, mais les autorités de la circonscription en ont déjà retiré la page de leur site sans explication.
