According to Tepco’s plant parameter, a thermometer (SUPPORT SKIRT TOP(TE-2-3-69K1)) of reactor2 is indicating the rapid increase of temperature, it went over 100℃ at 5:00 of 12/26/2012.
It’s 152.1℃ at 11:00 12/30/2012.
Tepco defined the dependability as “Middle”, which can be used for observation.

[Panne ?]

Most in Japan seem not to want to care. If it blows, Tepco will come up with a new lie and the state controlled media will play the same tag lines. If people around the world fall ill from eating contaminated seafood, expect total denial from the Japanese government and TEPCO.
OMG
Even reactors that are normal need continuous maintenance and human inter-action – these 4 plants (maybe all 6?) can not have that luxury. what happens if Reactor 2 need to change a major pipe, valve, electrical switch inside? Who goes in to fix and repair? send in Abe’s and his children in – then see how much he is a proponent for N-energy. He is a arm-chair scion of a war criminal family that hardly cares about human life.
