but NHK seems to have caught the explosion scene.(not broadcast it.)
It has been believed that 4th reactor is severely damaged for some reason,but nobody has seen any explosion.
As long as we see this video,it was a major explosion.

Didn’t reactors 2 and 4 explode the night between 14-15 of March? The video looks like it was shot during the day.
The explosion of “somewhere in the 4th reactor’s building” has been told a minor hydrogen explosion. but the movie was not reported and no details were announced. Now we are suspecting if it might have been a nuclear explosion from the spent fuel pool.
What problem at reactor 4 on 11/8/2011 ?

That looked like a massive steam explosion to me, from what I can tell from the video. The fact it happened is sort of moot, there is so much radiation everywhere already.
The explosions nearly the size of the News Tickers scrolling accross the screen!!
