2 municipal governments in Toyama to start test incineration of 32 tones of debris from Iwate

Tateyama machi and Takaoka city in Toyama prefecture are going to start the test incineration of debris from Iwate from 12/15 to 12/17/2012.
Toyama prefecture is in the west coast of Japan.
Tateyama machi is going to accept 25 tones, Takaoka city is going to accept 7 tones of debris.
The debris is not suppose to contain more than 100 Bq/kg of cesium.
To keep the radiation level of incineration ash lower than 100 Bq/Kg as well, they are going to mix it with normal garbage.

Le village de Tateyama machi et la ville de Takaoka de la préfecture de Toyama vont commencer un test d’incinération de débris d’Iwate du 15 au 17 décembre 2012.
La préfecture de Toyama est sur la côte Ouest du Japon.
Tateyama machi va recevoir 25 tonnes de débris, la ville de Takaoka, 7 tonnes.
Les débris ne sont pas supposés contenir plus de 100 Bq/kg de césium.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
