On 9/20/2013, Tepco released the pictures of the inside of the tank that experienced 300m3 of leakage.
From the brief inspection, they found the tank was already deteriorated significantly.
Approx. 1/3 part of the bottom plate has the sealing material detached. Also 5 bolts were found loosened.

Le 20 septembre 2013, Tepco publie des photos de l’intérieur de la citerne qui a laissé fuir les 300 m³.
Leur brève inspection leur a fait découvrir que la citerne était déjà gravement détériorée.
Environ 1/3 de la plaque du fond avait perdu ses jointures d’étanchéité. Il y avait aussi 5 boulons desserrés.
