In the press conference of 9/18/2013, Tepco’s spokesman commented all those 8 damages are at 66m height from the ground.
The stack is shaped as quadrangular prism. 8 damages are on every aspect of the 66m area from the ground.
Tepco hasn’t announced the cause.
