[Electricity consumption] Utilization rate over 90% only for 11 days from this July to August without nuclear power

According to Tepco, from this July to August, the power utilization rate went over 90% only for 11 days. The nuclear power supply was 0% through the term.

The temperature was hotter than average by approx. 2℃ in 2013. The end of the rainy season was on 7/6/2013, which was the 4th earliest since 1951.

The highest temperature was 37.8 ℃ on 8/11/2013, which was the second highest since 1969.

The highest utilization rate was 93%.

Selon Tepco, entre juillet et août dernier le taux de consommation de l’électricité est passé au-dessus de 90% pendant seulement 11 jours. La fourniture électrique nucléaire était de 0 % pendant cette période.

La température était supérieure à la moyenne d’environ 2 ℃ en 2013. La saison des pluies s’est terminée le 6 juillet 2013, c’est le 4e record de précocité depuis 1951.
Le record de température a été de 37,8  ℃ le 11 août 2013, second record depuis 1969.
Le record de consommation a atteint les 93 %.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
