Tepco is planning to discharge the contaminated water to the sea.
To ease the repellence of local residents and stakeholders, Tepco is going to operate ALPS (Advanced Liquid Processing System), which removes 62 sorts of radionuclides from contaminated water.
However, the radioactive water, Tritium can’t be removed even by ALPS.

On 2/28/2013, Tepco posted the report about how safe Tritium is, which can look like propaganda to downplay the risk.
Tepco gave up removing Tritium but they are trying to remove our concern about Tritium.
The report is full of the familiar terms such as X-ray CT scan, cosmic ray etc.. but didn’t mention banana this time.

Tepco prévoie de rejeter les eaux contaminées dans l’océan.
Pour tranquilliser la répugnance des habitants locaux et des propriétaires, Tepco va utiliser le ALPS (Advanced Liquid Processing System) qui filtre 62 sortes de radionucléides des eaux contaminées.
Cependant, l’eau radioactive, le tritium ne peut être filtré, même par ALPS. (cf. Tepco va larguer 2 000 à 3 000 Bq/ml de tritium dans la mer, “50 fois la limite légale”)
Le 28 février 2013, Tepco publie un rapport de nocivité du tritium qui peut être considéré comme de la propagande minimisant les risques.
Tepco a abandonné l’idée de retirer le tritium de l’eau mais ils essayent de retirer notre méfiance du Tritium.
Ce rapport est rempli de termes courants comme rayons-X, CT scan, rayons cosmiques, etc.. mais cette fois il ne parle pas de bananes.
