Of course he is not guilty !!
Does the man knows how to plan and built nuclear reactors ?? Not !
    WHO does ? The iresponsible engineers/scientist !

If a manager/politicians tells a scientist to blow-up Earth should the scientist :
    a) do it
    b) tell to that moron to F**K off !

    I don”t know , I ma not a scientist/engineer , but Iori is . So Iori , what do You think , is it a) or b) ?

  2. Nagoya Yamaguchi says:

Actually, both the senior TEPCO management, the govt of Abe of the last 25 years, Noda’s clan too, and the Japanese nuclear regulation groups ARE all responsible.
Building reactors on active fault lines is guilt. Cheating safety checks is guilt. Building cheaper unsafe designs is guilt. Withholding information is guilt. Lying to residents and bribing them with new school gyms is guilt. Irradiating the Pacific Ocean is guilt. Selling contaminated products is guilt.
Guilty. Should be imprisoned. I don’t believe in the death penalty, but that is what about 2-5 million Japanese citizen have been handed by these people.
The sentence for those murderers is….something along the lines of the ¥300000000 goodbye handshake Shimizu got.
