I went on to Mr. Oyama’s website and was interested in reading a translation of the whole entry. I think in the 1st paragraph below he says its a misunderstanding to consider the black dust sample as the soil-wide sample. In the last paragraph (copied here), is he suggesting that the so-called black dust is formed/concentrated in the environment by mosquitoes colonizing different types of algae? It looks black but the color is from the dark algae?

These materials must be moving eastward, both in the air and in the ocean. Is there any monitoring or detection in the Marinas, Guam, Hawaii, or California? Is there any way to monitor a location yourself? The intermediate term results are alarming, considering that the Japanese Government continues to monitor Hiroshima and Nagasaki survivors for research purposes. With all that the Japanese Government knows, how can this be happening with such incredulous and callous disregard for all the life on this planet?
